Hi there Thank you for booking your appointment with us; we greatly appreciate it. Please note: shampoo and blow dry your hair before coming for your hair appointment, or you can book a shampoo and blow dry with the crochet service. The half/half is two lines of braids or tribal braids in the front, and the rest is crocheted Thank you




















Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Bestie Hair Salon. We appreciate your trust and look forward to providing you with exceptional service. Please review our booking policies carefully before scheduling your appointment. Appointment Deposits 1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. 2. Deposits will be applied toward your final service balance. 3. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. 2. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. Clients who provide at least 72 hours' notice MAY transfer their deposit ONE time to a new appointment date. Changes made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. Late Arrivals 1. Please arrive on time for your appointment. 2. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their deposit. 3. Late arrivals may also result in a shortened service to avoid delaying other clients. No-Show Policy 1. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Hair Preparation 2. Hair should be clean, dry, and free of excessive product buildup unless otherwise instructed. 3. Additional detangling, shampooing, or preparation services may incur additional charges. Please book the extra service with your main service if you need to. Service Changes 1. Any requested changes to the booked service should be communicated before your appointment date. 2. Additional services requested on the day of the appointment are subject to availability and may result in additional fees. Guests & Children 1. To maintain a comfortable environment for all clients, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon unless prior arrangements have been made. 2. Children not receiving services should not be left unattended. Refund Policy 1. Due to the time, products, and labor involved, all services rendered are non-refundable. 2. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can discuss a reasonable solution. Payment Methods 1.
