At Bestie Hair Salon, our commitment is to ensure that everybody looks and feels the best by providing the ultimate hair experience. If you face any issues with your purchase, reach out to us at BESTIEHAIRSALON@GMAIL.COM and we'll prioritize responding within 24 hours.

 

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing it by clicking [CANCEL MY ORDER]. Please note, cancellations cannot be processed once the order is shipped.

 

Order Returns

We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt. For a return or exchange, the wig must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming).

Wigs, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used wigs for return.

Initiate the return within 7 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.

2. Receive Return Address

The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

3. Process Refund

Refunds are processed within 2 -3 business days after receiving and inspecting the item(s). [NEED TO RETURN]

 

Order Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.

Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 5 business days. [NEED TO EXCHANGE]

 

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 3 business days. Processing times vary by payment method or bank.

Refunds through the original payment channel. If the card used has expired, contact the card issuer for assistance.

 

Repair Service

We do not provide a repair service for Bestie wigs at this moment, you can contact any professional salon near you to fix your wig properly.
