Thank you for choosing Bestie Hair Salon! To ensure every client has the best possible experience, please review our salon policies before booking your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS• A valid card may be required to secure certain appointments.• Please book carefully and ensure you select the correct services when scheduling.• If you are unsure what to book, feel free to message us before booking.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.• Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS• Please arrive on time for your appointment.• Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have services adjusted depending on timing.• Late arrivals may still be charged for the full reserved service time.

HAIR PREPARATION• Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.• Be honest about previous color, box dye, chemical treatments, or extensions, as this can affect results.• For major color changes, corrections, or extensions, a consultation may be required before booking.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS• Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please get in touch with us within 3 days of your appointment.• Adjustments are only available for the original service discussed during consultation.• Refunds are not provided for completed services.

GUESTS & CHILDREN• To maintain a relaxing environment and limited space, we kindly ask that extra guests or children only attend if receiving a service.

If you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment.• We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary for the safety and comfort of staff and clients.
