Total Delivery Time
Delivery time consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing Time:

    • Bulk Human Braiding Hair: 1–3 business days.

    • Microlinks, tape-ins, wigs, and similar items: 6–8 business days.

    • Colored hair: Additional processing time is required.

  • Shipping Time:
    Once shipped, your order’s transit time depends on the shipping method/company and destination.

Shipping Methods
Most orders ship directly from our factory in-store via  USPS or FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

General Information

  • Accurate Address Required:
    Ensure your address is complete and correct to avoid delays or lost shipments. We are not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

  • Shipping Availability:
    We offer free delivery to the US. Shipping rates for other destinations will appear at checkout.

  • Special Delivery Locations:
    Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses may take up to 2 weeks. A physical address is recommended for faster shipping.

  • Customs and Duties:
    For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, fees, and the product purchase price.

Shipping timelines begin after your order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.

  • Typical Transit Time: 3–5 business days, depending on the method and destination.

  • Shipping Carriers: USPS or FedEx.

  • Shipping Fees:
    Shipping is free, but if you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the return fees.

  • Delivery Claims:

    • For non-delivery or delivery discrepancies, contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

    • We will assist the carrier to resolve the issue, which may take up to 30 days to process.

Out-of-Stock Items & Separate Shipments

If your order includes out-of-stock items:

  • Separate Delivery: We may ship the available items first.

  • Resolution Options: You will be contacted to arrange a replacement or refund for the out-of-stock item.
