Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on unused hair products within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, exactly as received.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from odors, alterations, or damage.

  • Products that have been worn, styled, cut, dyed, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Steps to Process a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at bestiehairsalon@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return request. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return

    • Clear photos of the product in its current condition

  2. Provide Photos
    Attach photos of the item(s) showing their unused condition. This helps us verify eligibility and avoid shipping issues.

  3. Request a Return Label
    If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. customers only).

    • Return labels are valid for shipments within the United States only.

    • Do not return products without prior authorization—unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back at your expense.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

  • To cancel or change your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations or changes requested after 24 hours may be subject to a fee if your order has already begun processing.

  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please double-check all order details before confirming to ensure accuracy in length, color, texture, and shipping address.
