We accept returns and exchanges on unused hair products within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, exactly as received.

Products that have been worn, styled, cut, dyed, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
