Our hair is made from 100% virgin human hair, closely resembling natural hair in texture and quality. It can last over a year with proper care, and the better you maintain it, the longer it will retain its beauty and durability.  

Human hair requires proper care to prevent tangling and matting. Follow these steps to extend the life of your weave and maintain its natural beauty:

• Use the Right Shampoo: Choose a shampoo formulated for hair extensions.
• Wash Gently: Wet your hair thoroughly and apply shampoo using downward strokes. Avoid circular motions to prevent tangles.
• Rinse Completely: Wash out the shampoo with warm{ not hot water}  water until clean.
• Condition Generously: Apply conditioner evenly and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
• Detangle Carefully: Use your fingers to gently detangle, then follow up with a wide-tooth comb.
• Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure all conditioner is completely rinsed out.
• Dry with Care: Pat your hair dry with a towel, avoiding harsh rubbing, and allow it to air dry.
• Finish with Care: Apply a leave-in curly moisturizer for hydration and shine. Spray with hair spray.

Total Delivery Time
Delivery time consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time.

• Processing Time:
  • Bulk Human Braiding Hair: 1–3 business days.
  • Microlinks, tape-ins, wigs: 6–8 business days.
  • Colored hair: Additional processing time is required.
• Shipping Time:
  Once shipped, your order’s transit time depends on the shipping method/company and destination.

Shipping Methods
Most orders ship directly from our store via USPS or FedEx. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Accurate Address Required:

• Shipping Availability:
  We offer free delivery to the US country. Shipping rates for other destinations will appear at checkout.

• Special Delivery Locations:
  Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses may take up to 2 weeks. A physical address is recommended for faster shipping.

• Customs and Duties:
  For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, fees, and the product purchase price.

Returns and Exchanges

• Eligibility:
  Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused hair products within 30 days of receipt. That is, it must be returned in the same way you received it. 

• Steps for Return Processing:

  Contact Us:
  Email support@bestiehair.com within 30 days to initiate a return. Applications received after 30 days will not be accepted. We will respond within 24 hours.

  Provide Photos:
  Include photos of the items for reference in your email or text message.

  Request a Return Label:
  Before shipping the items back, request a return label by email.
  • Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
  • The return label is valid for shipments within the United States only.

Order Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellations or Modifications:
  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or modify details at no extra charge.
  • Changes requested after the 24-hour window may incur additional fees if the order is already being processed.
