1. Appointments and Cancellations

1.1 Booking Requirements

To secure a booking, clients must pay a non-refundable deposit of $25 at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and potential refusal of future services.

1.3 No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for an appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. After two no-shows, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.

2. Arrival and Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling, especially if it affects the schedule for other clients. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Payments and Pricing

We accept payment through:

• Cash App

• Apple Pay

3.2 Service Pricing

All prices listed on our website or quoted by our staff are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, condition, desired style, or added services.

4. Children and Additional Guests

Due to limited seating and in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, only clients receiving services are allowed in the styling area. Please do not bring children or additional guests, unless they are also scheduled for services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Arrive with hair properly detangled and prepared (unless shampoo/detangling is included)

• Communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the service

• Comply with all hygiene and safety protocols as required by the salon

Failure to comply may result in service refusal without a refund of the deposit.

6. Hair Extensions and Wigs

For clients bringing their own bundles, wigs, or extensions, we are not responsible for the quality or condition of third-party hair products. While we will do our best to provide excellent results, we make no guarantees on the outcome when non-salon hair is used.

7. Satisfaction Policy

We strive for excellence and client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess your concern and offer one complimentary correction if necessary and feasible.

Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been rendered.

8. Allergies and Sensitivities

Clients are responsible for informing the stylist of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the appointment. Bestie Hair Salon is not liable for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities or by third-party products brought in by the client.

9. Photographs and Social Media

By receiving services at Bestie Hair Salon, you agree that we may take photographs or videos of your hair for promotional purposes. These may be posted on our website, social media accounts, or used in marketing materials.

If you prefer not to have your image shared, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment.

10. Gift Cards and Promotions

10.1 Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of use. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

10.2 Promotional Offers

We occasionally offer discounts or promotions. These may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

Clients accept full responsibility for their choices and aftercare practices following service completion.

All personal information collected during appointment booking or service provision is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of client communication, scheduling, and service delivery. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Bestie Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client who:

• Exhibits disrespectful, abusive, or unsafe behavior

• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Refuses to comply with our salon policies
